Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the SAP Ecosystem Launchpad application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this application's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Data Privacy & Local Storage

This application operates on a "Client-Side Only" basis. We respect your privacy and data security:

Local Storage: All configurations, tiles, bookmarks, and preferences are stored exclusively within your web browser's "Local Storage" on your device.
No Cloud Sync: The developer does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
Data Loss: You acknowledge that clearing your browser's cache or "Site Data" will permanently delete your stored tiles. You are responsible for using the "Export/Backup" feature regularly.

3. Security & User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of the device and browser environment in which this application runs.

You agree NOT to store sensitive credentials (such as passwords, API Secrets, or Session Tokens) in the URL fields of your tiles.
The developer is not liable for data exfiltration caused by malicious browser extensions, malware on your device, or physical theft of your device.

4. Limitation of Liability ("As Is" Disclaimer)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

5. Third-Party Links

This Launchpad allows you to save links to third-party websites. The developer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
